With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of Staten Island, she brings a unique understanding of human behavior to her role, enhancing team dynamics and client relationships.
Denise spent the first 14 years of her career as the Vice President of Human Resources at JP Morgan, where she led initiatives that streamlined HR processes and improved employee engagement across the organization. She then worked at Double Rock as an HR Recruiting Manager, which honed her skills in talent acquisition and organizational development.
In addition to her extensive corporate background, Denise has undertaken various consulting projects with financial and startup firms, leveraging her expertise to help businesses optimize their operations and foster growth. Known for her strategic mindset and collaborative approach, she is dedicated to driving success and innovation in the financial sector.
Denise currently resides on Staten Island with her husband and two children.
